How do I use the AI sentence polishing feature?

Tap tiles to build your sentence, then tap the sparkle icon (✨) to enhance your message with AI. The AI transforms simple tile combinations into natural, conversational speech.

Does LumaVoice work offline?

Yes! Most features work without internet. Only the AI sentence polishing requires an internet connection. Text-to-speech, tile selection, and all core AAC functions work offline.

How do I create custom tiles?

Go to Settings > Custom Tiles > Add New Tile. You can add a label, choose an emoji, and assign it to any category.

Can I change the voice?

Yes! Go to Settings > Voice Settings to choose from multiple natural-sounding voices in different languages and accents.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

Your trial starts when you first open the app. You have full access to all features for 7 days. No credit card required. After the trial, a one-time purchase unlocks the app forever.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open the app, go to Settings > Purchase > Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your data stays on your device. We don't collect personal information, track usage, or show ads. AI requests are processed securely and not stored. See our Privacy Policy for details.

🔧 Troubleshooting

  • AI not working: Check your internet connection. AI features require an active connection.
  • No sound: Ensure your device isn't muted and volume is up. Check Settings > Voice Settings.
  • App running slowly: Close other apps and restart LumaVoice.
  • Purchase not recognized: Go to Settings > Purchase > Restore Purchase.
  • Tiles not appearing: Try restarting the app or reinstalling.
